Payment methods

The easiest and fastest way to become a member or renew your membership is to log in and to pay directly by credit card. 

Alternatively, you can:

  • Pay by credit card over the phone. Please call 248-234-3188
  • Pay by check. Checks must be sent to: The French American Chamber of Commerce Michigan Chapter – c/o Clayton & McKervey, P.C. – 2000 Town Center, Suite 1800 – Southfield, Michigan 48075  

Your membership will be active once your details are entered in the system, after we receive your payment. It is immediate when you proceed online, but it can take up to several weeks to be enabled if you pay by check.

Please contact us if you need an invoice in order to move forward with your membership.

FAQ

Go to www.faccmi.org , click on LOGIN, click on Sign Up at the bottom right of the window. Enter email (USE YOUR MEMBER EMAIL) and create a password.

Go to www.faccmi.org and click on LOGIN (upper right hand corner). Alternately, go to www.faccmi.org/user .

To log out, Hover over MY ACCOUNT, select LOG OUT.

From www.faccmi.org, click on MY ACCOUNT (top right).

Click on MY ACCOUNT > Subscriptions. It will show: membership level, join date, expiration date, status (current / grace / expired). Member login remains valid after expiration date, throughout the grace period.

When logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT > SUBSCRIPTIONS > JOIN/RENEW.

Click on MY ACCOUNT > MY PROFILE. Option to upload headshot for your directory listing. Click Save after changes are made.

Click on MY ACCOUNT, next to MEMBER DIRECTORY. Click on Edit, then click on Account. Click Save after changes are made.

Click on MEMBER DASHBOARD, scroll down to Your Group(s).

Click on MEMBER DIRECTORY. Search for members based on the following criteria: New Member (joined in last 90 days), Individual Name, Company Name, Industry Category, Keyword (business description, job title,…). Send a message by clicking on “Contact this member”; you will receive a copy of it in your inbox, and the member you contacted will receive your message, as well as your email address and phone.

Click on MEMBER DASHBOARD, scroll down to Relationship(s), next to company name click on “Edit contact information”. Option to upload company logo. Click Save after changes are made.
