Our Mission

Our mission is to contribute to the improvement of business relations between France and the United States in Michigan

Our History

Our organization was originally founded in 1983 (under a different name) that ultimately became known as the French-American Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Chapter in 1992.

The French American Chamber of Commerce Network

Our organization is a member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, the oldest bilateral chamber of commerce in the United States comprised of 20 chapters in major cities of the U.S. representing more than 5,000 member companies. We are a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to the development of commercial relations between French and American businesses.

The FACC blends the pioneering spirits and collective business acumen of the French and American marketplaces to grow businesses and business relations.
FACC unites some of the world’s most recognizable global businesses with the next generation of thought leadership. We are a mosaic that continually blends youth with experience and creates an open culture of inclusiveness to become even greater.
Through a comprehensive range of programs including educational and networking experiences, mentorships, exchange programs, special events, and philanthropy, the FACC provides growth opportunities to over 1,000 professionals, businesses, and their communities.

By combining the gravitas of more than 100 years of experience and relationships with fresh ideas and start-up businesses, the FACC is not only a century old but we’re also a century young.
