THE FACC
The Michigan Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce is a member of the French- American Chamber of Commerce, the oldest bilateral chamber of commerce in the United States comprised of 19 chapters in major cities of the U.S. representing more than 5,000 member companies. The FACC is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to the development of commercial relations between French and American businesses.
The FACC is also a member of the Union des Chambres de Commerce et d'Industries Francaises a l'Etranger (UCIFFE) network, which spans 74 countries, 86 Chambers of Commerce, and 24,500 members worldwide, multiplying our members’ opportunities for finding reliable overseas business contacts and partners.
Our members include French companies doing business in the United States, U.S. companies in our region doing business in and with France, professional service firms, banks, retailers, other organizations, university faculty members, students and others with an enthusiasm for business and cultural events related to French-American trade.
We work to assist and promote our members through contacts and exposure at our events, through award programs and through member profiles and news in our newsletter and on our website. In these ways, we assist our members to expand their contacts and to promote and increase awareness by the community of our members’ activities and services.
